These Terms of Service govern your use of the SMS messaging program operated by Legacy Homes Inc. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our opt-in form, you agree to these terms.
Legacy Homes Inc. operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers regarding roofing, storm damage repair, basement finishing, deck building, and home renovation services throughout the Twin Cities, MN metro area and surrounding suburbs. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages related to:
- Appointment confirmations and follow-ups
- Free estimate updates and scheduling
- Promotional offers and service announcements
- Customer support responses
Message frequency varies — you may receive up to 3 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.
You opt in to the Legacy Homes Inc. SMS program by completing our contact or free-estimate form at legacyhomescorp.com (or funnels.legacyhomescorp.com) and actively checking the SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is not pre-selected — you must check it yourself to give consent.
The consent checkbox on our form reads:
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We obtain your consent directly from you; SMS opt-in consent is never bought, sold, or shared with third parties.
Sample message: "Hi [Name], this is Legacy Homes confirming your free estimate appointment on [date] at [time]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any SMS message from Legacy Homes Inc. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Legacy Homes Inc. is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier related to SMS messages.
Carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's terms and network availability. Legacy Homes Inc. is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your carrier.
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from Legacy Homes Inc. By submitting your phone number, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Legacy Homes Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our SMS program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
